Some of us love an oval Dutch oven’s aesthetics, and how it makes your famous roast chicken, brisket or mussels look, from oven to trivet. Others appreciate that its oval shape offers more room for airflow and a more even cook around longer cuts such as pork tenderloin. Its 6.5-quart size is slightly larger than our original Dutch oven (think: more leftovers) but features all the same durability and reliable temperature control. Our patented Hybrid technology and the pot’s relatively light weight–a fraction of cast-iron competitors–make it easy to sear meat on the stove for a beautiful crust, then finish it in the oven for a meltingly tender finish.

HEXAGONAL STEEL PEAKS A laser-etched, stainless-steel hexagonal design forms a network of ridges that boost searing power. NONSTICK VALLEYS Protected between the hexagonal steel peaks are nonstick valleys containing our proprietary TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick coating, which is free from PTFE and forever chemicals, making cleanup a breeze.

Damage occurring from improper use, including but not limited to excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, improper cleaning or lack of seasoning is not covered by our lifetime warranty. Cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time. This is normal wear and tear which should not affect performance and is not covered by our lifetime warranty.
